1. Data We Collect

FlowCalm stores all user data locally on your device. No personal data is sent to our servers.

• Username (chosen by you during onboarding)
• Focus sprint history (duration, completion status)
• XP points, streak count, and task list
• Energy level and mood preferences
• App settings (language, notifications)

2. Data Sharing

We do not share your data with any third parties. All data stays on your device only.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

FlowCalm PRO subscription is processed through the Apple App Store via RevenueCat. We do not access or store your payment information. To manage or cancel your subscription, go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

4. Notifications

With your permission, FlowCalm sends local push notifications for streak reminders and task alerts. These are generated on-device — no data is sent to a server.

5. Crash Reporting

The app uses anonymous crash reporting (Sentry) to detect and fix bugs. No personally identifiable information is included in crash reports.

6. Children's Privacy

FlowCalm is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Data Deletion

You can permanently delete all your data at any time via Profile → Reset Data inside the app. Uninstalling the app also removes all locally stored data.
